Returns

Here at Shop City Dreams, we are committed to making you happy and making your shopping and ordering process a great experience. 

 

  • Merchandise may be returned within 90 days from the date that the order is received for a store credit. If merchandise is returned within 30 days from the order date, a full refund back to the original form of payment may be issued.
  • All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered, original tag attached). Any return that is received with makeup stains, deodorant stains or the smell of smoke will be refused and returned to you are subject to a shipping charge.
  • Please note: All items in Sale/Clearance, Flash Sales, and any sales/discounts 40% OFF or more are non-returnable, non-refundable and FINAL SALE!  These items CANNOT be returned for a refund, store credit or be exchanged!
  • Accessories, Cosmetics, Jewelry, Belts, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Bathing Suits, Silicon Bras, Leotards and Gift Certificates Cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and mailed back inside another box. If there is any damage to the shoebox, shipping labels, packing tape. or any other markings on the outside of the shoe box it will not be accepted. The item will then be returned to the customer and is subject to a return-shipping fee.

 

EXCHANGES

  • If you are looking to exchange an item, we cannot always guarantee that you will be able to exchange for the item that you want, because it may no longer be in stock. If you need to make an exchange, we would recommend placing the order for the item that you want (if it is in stock) and sending the previous item back for a full refund.

 
DEFECTIVE

If you received defective merchandise, please contact us within two days of receiving the order so we can resolve the issue.

 
RETURNING

  1. Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria.
  2. Contact us for a return authorization form.
  3. Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
  4. Once your package is received please allow us up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the authorization status of your return.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDER(S)

  1. If you refuse a confirmed order you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you.
  2. Undeliverable orders due to error on your part will require re-shipment and will be charged to you.

Should you decide against re-shipment the original shipping fee and other address verification fees will be deducted from your refund.

 
REFUNDS

  • We will refund your purchase amount, minus any shipping fee (except free shipping) back to your original payment method if return is within 30 days from order date. If your card has expired we can process your refund to your new credit card.
  • If you paid via PayPal, you will be refunded as such – however, if your payment was processed more than 60 days prior, please contact us for an alternate refund method.
